My background is firmly rooted in anatomy, physiology and a rich history in making bodies look and perform at their best. Whilst this is useful, mostly it cannot completely sustain us. Life can often present itself through a different lens, often requiring a unique and different set of skills to regain balance, equilibrium and wholeness.
This is often discovered through a process of commitment and dedication to a regular yoga practice that has the potential to transform your life.
