Early Bird price of £40 up to 30th April for a series of 3 Gong baths held monthly from May ~ July 7-8.30pm Dates as follows: Friday 17th May Friday 14th June Friday 12th July From 1st May, gong baths individually priced at £18 each. At venue: Barby Village Hall Kilsby Rd CV23 8TT Plenty of free on-site parking. Bring as many comforts and props as you need to scrumpsiously surround and cocoon yourself as you drop away into warmth & stillness. As we cosy up, soften and melt away into our creation of deep relaxation, I'll gently guide you into deeper states of peace with the meditative breath as we surrender fully into receiving the healing & transformative vibrations of the gong. You will feel drawn in with soft & gentle strokes to begin, then journeyed into deep and full immersion of the magic of the gong and it's many benefits. You will be led back into lighter and softer harmonies before coming into stillness for integration & harmonisation. Whilst maintaining an inner sense of calm and quiet, we will externalise, return to seated for some pranayama and grounding. Some contraindications apply as follows: Under 14 years of age Fitted with a pace-maker Pregnancy Undergoing IVF treatment Severe tinnitus Epilepsy If you've taken recreational drugs within 24-48 hours Please remove hearing aids You are welcome to bring as many props as you need such as, but not limited to: A thin mattress Sleeping bag Sheepskin Blankets/throws Cushions/pillows/eye pillows Bolsters As a minimum, please bring something comfortable to lie on such as a yoga mat and a blanket A selection of bolsters, blankets and cushions will be available to use, however numbers are limited.
